We start by REJECTING the idea that you either have it or you don't. We believe that velocity isn't missing, it's just hidden. The INVINCIBLE VELOCITY Boot Camp delivers a state of the art skill development system designed to find and unleash hidden velocity in any athlete.
A detailed three part personalized assessment to identify significant opportunities for improvement specific to you.
Part I: Physical Assessment:. The reason more players don’t throw harder is it hurts to throw harder. Nothing governs your ability to throw hard more than your physical condition. It only makes sense to start here. Velocity hides behind pain, tightness, inflexibility and weakness. Our series of physical screens are designed to unmask these velocity robbing bandits found throughout the body.
Part II: Video Assessment: Using state of the art motion analysis, we evaluate the movement pattern of each player’s throwing motion by applying a series of proprietary markers. Time and distance are the primary saboteurs of velocity in the delivery and your personal slow motion video will expose these velocity thieves for all to see.
Part III: GOFCH Test: The Good Old Fashion Country Hardball testing protocol designed by Coach Roberts serves a dual purpose. Primarily, it establishes the upper limits of your present capabilities and is used in conjunction with Coach Roberts’s ARM STRENGTH chart (see above) to benchmark your progress. Secondarily, it demonstrates one’s level of intent, an important but often overlooked trait present in all high velocity throwers.

To help you start uncovering those potential mph’s identified in your personalized assessment, we fill your toolbox with a set of exclusive exercises and drills proven to unleash hidden velo. Coach Roberts has included only those drills that work to build your skill to throw hard and keep you healthy. Once you feel the therapeutic effects of these powerful tools done in the right way and the right order, you will believe that 90 mph is well within reach!
Healthy arms throw harder.
Hard throwers are prolific throwers. In other words, throwing a baseball as hard and far as they can, as often as they can, is just plain fun for high velocity hurlers. The day it stops being fun is a sad day indeed. That is why Arm Care is at the core of the INVINCIBLE VELOCITY TRAINING philosophy. The body will do what you train it to do, but it will also do everything possible to avoid injury. Unfortunately, that includes slowing your arm down or at least giving you a sign (pain) that you better ease up. Coach Roberts’ has studied the leading arm care programs available.
