Welcome to the Virginia is for Baseball Tournaments Page

D1Draftable Baseball and Virginia Baseball Tourneys, two of the oldest and most recognized names in tournament baseball have joined forces with USSSA and regional sports tourism boards across Virginia for the 2015 season.  The Virginia is for Baseball Lovers partnership will create an exciting new brand of baseball championships to be contested annually and designed to showcase the mid-Atlantic region's rich baseball talent and history as well as  show off it's geographic diversity and historic beauty. From the shores of the coastal plain of the Tidewater region to the majestic mountains that cradle the Shenandoah Valley region, championship baseball will be on full display all summer and fall with the biggest, most competitive events ever held in the Commonwealth.

The 2015 season kicks off in the 757 area code in late June in Williamsburg where V will be for Victory at the inaugural Victory Cup at Colonial Williamsburg. If your team wants to hoist the Victory Cup within sight of the final battle of the Revolutionary War, it will have to earn it. You will play as many as 10 games but no fewer than six games while you enjoy the sights of the Old Dominion's historic peninsula as it stretches between the York and James Rivers toward the mouth of the Chesapeake Bay. If you can't outplay you opponents, you will go the way of the British forces - back home and empty handed - but if your troops can out hit, out pitch and out run all comers you'll savor the same sweet taste of Victory enjoyed by Washington and Lafeyette over 200 years ago! If you love baseball, apple pie and good knock down, drag out scrap,  then use this link to muster your forces and join us this summer for a Victory celebration !
